- Not too fragrant
- Plum/ deep red fruit start
- Medium high tannin
- Medium acid
- Slightly spicy, almost like decaying autumn leaves on the back palate
- Tartaric tartness layered with plum fruit
- Pair with-
- Larb (tested and tried)
- Any spiced, dry, fatty, (maybe fried) food
- Solid table wine 7/10
